Case 01Custom product systemsReal work · evidence in progress

A clearer path from rough idea to factory-ready product.

Art-directed lifestyle visualizations shown to communicate intended scale, material presence and emotional context; they are not documentary photographs of delivered products.

Custom does not have to mean chaotic.

Inputs arrived in different formats and levels of readiness. Each design also had to resolve into a finite set of metal, enamel, dimensional and attachment decisions. The creative challenge was inseparable from the production challenge.

A rough brief becomes a controlled object.

Process board showing a redacted customer brief, supplied visual reference, concept direction, enamel-safe production artwork, and an art-directed product visualization.
Selected process evidence

Personal names, contact details, correspondence metadata and internal company identifiers have been removed.

The finished object keeps the promise.

This privacy-safe crop comes directly from a photograph of the manufactured pin. It documents the physical enamel, glitter, metal edges, dimensional layers and moving spinner without exposing the player surnames around the outer rim.

Human decisions at every gate.

Think of it as a five-track studio session: listen closely, open the possibilities, make the edit, engineer the object and protect the master.

  1. 01Human judgment
    Listen + interpret

Extract the emotional core, constraints, hierarchy and must-keep elements from inconsistent source material.

  2. 02System acceleration
    Sample + explore

Use controlled generation and rapid composition to widen the option space without abandoning the brief.

  3. 03Human judgment
    Select + refine

Choose what has a point of view, redraw what will not reproduce and simplify details for the actual product scale.

  4. 04Production discipline
    Engineer the artwork

Resolve metal borders, color, dimensional features, add-ons and production specifications.

  5. 05Accountability
    Proof + QA

Present a clear approval artifact, absorb feedback and protect the approved design through handoff.

The detail is where the system proves itself.
